Everyone wishes they can wake up in the morning with a big smile and feel ready to tackle the day. The truth is only 1 in 7 Americans wake up feeling well rested and energize from last nights sleep.
Creating a bed time routine
Having a bed time routine is the perfect way to train your body and mind that it is time for bed. Anything from a beauty routine to a warm cup of tea(decaf), each night. Ensuring you go to bed and wake up around the same time is vital for good quality sleep.

Ensure electronics are out of reach, any and all light is off or blocked out -Try blackout curtains if you are a city folk dealing with light pollution.
Adequately dark bedrooms have tremendous benefits! Increasing melatonin levels, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep, as well as keeping your body in the o-so-important REM sleep.
The right sleep gear
