ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is open to legal residents of The United States of America, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of The Moon Pillow Company, their immediate families, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period for the giveaway begins on [08/12/2024] and ends on [09/30/2024] at [11:59pm PST].

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry form on our website; winners will be required to verify identity in accordance with their entry form. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

PRIZE: The 3 winners will receive one (1) Moon Pillow valued at $89.99 and one (1) Travel bag valued at $24.99. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Moon Pillow Company reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email within [3 days] of the giveaway’s end. The winner must respond within [30 days] to claim the prize, or an alternate winner will be selected.

GOVERNING LAW: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
